Dawn Marie Armantrout, 47, of West Fork, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale.
She was born January 5, 1964 in Norwalk, California to Arthur and Donna Shafer Drake.
She was devoted to her family and enjoyed the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Armantrout, of the home; four children, Chris Taylor and Jessica Wagner both of Fayetteville, Cody Armantrout and Chaz Armantrout both of West Fork; three sisters, Betty Carter of Springdale, Karen Rogers of South Gate, CA, April Pickens of Sand Springs, OK; two brothers, Rick Magnuson of Springdale, James Magnuson of Fayetteville; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 11, at Friendship Cemetery.
