SHREVEPORT, LA - Mrs. Joyce F. Whiddon passed away at Christus Schumpert Highland Hospital on Saturday, January 3, 2004 after a lengthy illness. The family will be receiving friends at the Boone Funeral Home, Shreveport Chapel on Monday, January 5, 2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Boone Chapel on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating the service will be Rev. David Logan, Pastor of Kings Corner Assembly of God. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Clifford Whiddon, one daughter Chandra Whiddon and one son Clifford Whiddon, Jr. and wife Danielle. Also, one sister, Teresa Little and three brothers, Thomas, Dennis, and Alvis Hood. Two grandchildren, Trenton Gove and Kursten Whiddon.Boone Funeral Home
