He was born at Prescott, Ark, but had lived in Woodruff County all his life. He was a Veteran of World War II. He worked for the county as a patrol operator.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Beulah Taylor Robinson; three sons, Rondie Robinson of Memphis, ALfred Robinson of St. Louis, and Elvis Robinson of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Leo Martin of Brinkley; three brothers, Archie Robinson of California, Ralph Robinson of Texas and Roy Robinson of McCrory; one sister, Mrs. Grace Babbs of McCrory.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Chapel by Rev. J. W. Hirons. Burial was in the Pumpkin Bend cemetery.
Pallbearers were Luther Woodall, Jr., Troy Martin, Arlie Browning, Bob Curtis, Pete Shadwick and Cecil Wiggins.
