Born June 6, 1912, in Leitersburg, she was the daughter of the late Calvin G. and Flora G. (Foltz) Kline. She was a life long resident of the Leitersburg area.
She and her husband, Arthur J. Mohn, were married Jan. 16, 1932, in Hagerstown. Mr. Mohn died Nov. 3, 1994. Prior to entering the nursing home in November 2007, Mrs. Mohn was a resident of Rose Manor Assisted Living, Waynesboro, for several years.
Mrs. Mohn attended Leitersburg schools.
She was a sewing machine operator for the Byron Shoe and Legging Co., Hagerstown. She also worked for Fairchild Aircraft Manufacturing during World War II and from 1945 to 1950 she was a machine operator at the Waynesboro Shoe Factory.
Mrs. Mohn was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Leitersburg.
She enjoyed quilting, latch hook, gardening and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Mohn is survived by one daughter, Dolores C. Messersmith of Oriental, one son, Richard A. "Red" Mohn of Waynesboro; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
