She became the wife of John Stewart, who died in Ireland. He is reputed to have been born in 1760 or 1761. Isabella and John Vance were listed in Ireland's Newtonards Census of 1821.
She followed her son William and other children to the Cutler, Maine, Washington county area.
Her son John who was born in 1804 died in Maine. Her other sons William, Gilbert, and Alexander and daughter Isabella relocated to the Quincy, Illinois area where her sons all became involved in the orchard industry.
William married Nancy Marston.
Alexander married Rebecca Duff.
Gilbert married Catherine Merrill, (spelled Catharine on her tombstone.)
Isabella, Jr. married Jasper Whitcomb.
