Tiffany Michelle Adams, age 22, of Beaver, Ky., passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2011.
She was born September 10, 1988, at Pikeville, Ky., and her parents are Vernon Adams Jr. and Sandra Adkins Adams.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lois Adkins.
She is survived by her parents, two sons, Bryan Jadan Newsome, Tyler Bradley Newsome, two daughters, Haley Cassandra Blankenship and Ashley Lyn Blankenship, maternal grandfather, Mose Adkins Jr. and paternal grandparents, Sharon Sprinkle and Vernon Adams Sr. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011, at at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will be at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Thursday, and July 7, and Friday July 8, with nightly services at 7 p.m. with Jimmy Jack Adkins and others officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home of Pikeville, Ky.
