PALMER - In this city January 13, 1894, Oscar Fitzallen Palmer, aged 70 years, a native of Ohio.
Oscar Palmer, a Pioneer of San Diego, having come here in 1868, died yesterday moring at his residence on Twenty-eighth street, of dropsy and a complication of ailments. Mr. Palmer was a former well-known business man of this city, having for a long time conducted a hotel on Fifth street known as the Palmer house. He leaves sevral grown children, one of whom is John D. Palmer, the contractor.
