Glen Alexander Funeral Friday
Services for Glen A. Alexander, 58, of 2615 Forty-sixth st., who died Wednesday of a heart ailment at Iowa Methodist Hospital, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Dunn Funeral Home. Burial will be in the cemetery at Earlham.
Pallbearers will be Guy Moore, Everett Brown, George Grill, Ralph Jarnagin, Frederick Wiggins and Frank Mills, all of Des Moines.
Born at Springfield, Ia., Mr. Alexander had lived in Des Moines 31 years and was a retired salesman for the Mantle Lamp Co. He was a member of the Christian Church.
Surviving are his widow, Elma; a daughter, Mrs. Betty World of Corpus Christi, Tex.; four brothers, Wesley Dale and Dwight, of Geneseo, Kan., and Carl of Salina, Kan.; a sister, Mrs. Fern Butler of Deerfield, Kan.; his mother, Mrs. Hastie Alexander of Deerfield, and two grandchildren.
