Lowell James Horath passed away Dec. 15, 1983 in Watson, Illinois. Lowell was born Jan. 20, 1912 to James Henry and Bessie Jane McWhorter Horath and married Birdie Baby Burk March 25, 1931. She survives.
Also surviving are 3 sons James Wesley, Emmett Dale and Paul Horath. 2 daughters Charlott Jean (Martin) Nosbisch and Linda Horath Whealer. 3 brothers Lovell Aden (Neva McCallen),John Ulrich (Phyllis Koch) and William Clifford (Dorothy Briscoe) Horath. 4 sisters Jennell Louise (Norbert) Brumleve, Lucille (James) Eirhart, Melba Fyke and Florence Horath.
Lowell was preceded in death by his parents one son Franklin Delano Horath, one brother Floyd(Highpockets) Horath.
