Betty never met a stranger, everyone was a friend, she had a warm giving spirit. Betty was not only a loving mother and a good friend, but a devoted, loving wife for 68 years. Betty was a great cook, and enjoyed canning, crocheting, knitting and quilting, she was creative, and giving.
Betty is survived by her husband Ralph Walker of Turlock; sons William Walker of Denver, CO, and Richard Walker of Tumwater, WA; grandchildren William Walker, Dawn Stowers and great great grandson Daniel Walker all of Antioch, CA; sisters JoAnn Ladd of Turlock, CA, and Mary Settle of Peoria, AZ. She is preceded in death by her brothers Arthur and Barney Skaggs.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 24th at Allen Mortuary.
