He is survived by his wife, Lucita A. Russell of Henderson, NV; son, James A. Russell of Brentwood; and daughter, Jennifer Dallas of Livermore.
Services were held Feb. 15 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Los Banos. Burial followed at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Gustine, CA.
