Mrs. Hazel Francis Brewer, 72, 1526 E Eight St., died at 8 a.m. today at her home.
Funeral services will be at 1:30pm Wednesday, at the Carlisle Funeral Home. Rev. Christian W. Kocher, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery LaPorte.
Mrs. Brewer was born April 30, 1890, in Tennessee, the daughter of the late Ramsey and Viola Francis O'Baugh Bryant. She was married January 31, 1909 in Knoxville Tennessee to William K. Brewer, who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Dessie Levendosky and Mrs. Mable Allen, both of LaPorte. Mrs. Helen Fulford, Wichita, Kansas, and Mrs. Ruth Gardner, this city; one son, William K Brewer Jr., LaPorte. 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
