Raymond Decker died on May 19, 2006 in Las Vegas at the age of 80 due to pancreatic cancer. Raymond was born November 1, 1925 in Los Angeles, Ca. He spent three years in the Navy from 1943-6. Upon his discharge from the Navy, Raymond joined the Air Force from which he retired in 1970 after 24 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Anunciacion. He also leaves behind four daughters, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Raymond will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.
A memorial service will be held at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City on Friday, May 26th at 1:20 p.m. Interment will follow the memorial service. Published in The San Diego Union Tribune on May 24, 2006.
