Annie E. Carr.
Mrs. Annie E. Carr was born in Nicholas County, Kentucky, July 9, 1852 and died at her home in Elizaville at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, aged 60 years, 4 months and 10 days. Her death was caused by paralysis with which she had been ill for the past five years. Her marriage occurred December 27, 1881, in Carlisle, Kentucky to Finley L. Carr who with three children survive her. The children are: Carl, who is in Panama; Paul and Mrs. Fay Perkins. She leaves a brother, John Quiet of Kentucky, and one sister, Jane Wills of Kansas. Mrs. Carr had resided in this county for thirty-five years. She was a member of the Christian church at Elizaville and the funeral was held there at 10:30 today, the Rev. W. N. Sleeth officiating. Interment was in Hopewell Cemetery.
