Funeral services for Betty Jean McEachern, 76, of Richmond, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Interment will follow at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr. in Houston. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

Betty was born Aug. 3, 1931 in El Dorado, Kan. to Floyd and Opal Daisy Mitchell Farthing. She passed away Jan. 1, 2007 in Richmond. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Neal McEachern; and her father, Floyd Farthing.

Betty is survived by daughter, Connie Hendricks and husband, Jess, of Richmond; son, James McEachern of Richmond; grandchildren, Kelley Hendricks and his wife, Lindy, of Houston, Kendall Hendricks of Houston, Holly Hendricks and Reuben Hernandez of Katy, Justin Hendricks of Fort Hood, and Brooks McEachern of Houston; great-grandchildren, Billy Hendricks of Houston, and Kayte Hernandez of Katy; mother, Opal Farthing of Decker Prairie; sisters, Flo Warren and husband, Bill, of Houston, and Lois Hesser and husband, Brett, of Tomball. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Kelley Hendricks, Justin Hendricks, Bill Warren, Brett Hesser, Reuben Hernandez, Benjamin Warren, Brooks McEachern, and Bishale Patel.
