Of 2105 Washington Ave., died at
2:35 a.m. yesterday, Dec. 26,
1971, in Harrisburg General Hospital
as the result of injuries sufered
in an auto accident on Dec.
15. He was born in Altoona on
July 20, 1944, a son of Roland
and Genevieve (McCoy) Cartwright,
and married Marilyn Thompson
on June 13, 1964, in Altoona.
Surviving are his wife,
three children, Wayne Jr., Timothy
and Dawn, at home; his parents,
of Altoona, and two brothers
and a sister, Richard and John of
Altoona and Mrs. Carol Dobbins
of Columbia, PA. Mr. Cartwright
was employed as a mechanical
instructor by International
Harvester Co. of Harrisburg. He
was a veteran of the Air Force.
