George W. Winnick Mount Union, Pa., Dec. 2 – George W. Winnick died suddenly at his home in Kistler, 84 Cedar street, Sunday night about 8:20 o’clock. Death was due to a heart attack. He was born at Orbisonia November 29, 1880 and was the son of Herman and Mary Agnes Packs Winnick.

During the past 15 years he had been employed at the Unted States Refractories Company and was a faithful employee.

He was a member of the United Brethren Church at Orbisonia.

He was united in marriage Jul 7, 1902, with Miss Lottie Wareham, who survives with the following children, all at home: Mrs. Orvada Baker, Clinton G. Winnick, and J. Floyd Winnick. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Edward Winnick, Miss Celia Winnick, Miss Elizabeth Winnick, Samuel Winnick, Mrs. Conrad Miller, and Mrs. Harvey Galbraith all of Rock Hill and Nathan Winnick of Mount Union.

Funeral services will be held from the late home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock when the Rev. Snyder of the United Brethren Church of Orbisonia and the Rev. A. Z. Myers of the Baptist Church of Mount Union will officiate. W.Q. Blatt will direct interment in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Rock Hill Furnace.
