Stephanie K. Pelc., 83, of Clearwater, died Wednesday at Manor Care Dunedin nursing home. She was born in Chicago and came here in 1978 from Hillside, Ill. She retired as a payroll accountant after 21 years with S&H Green Stamps. She was a volunteer for Sunset Point Rehabilitation Center and a supporter of the American Diabetes Association. She was a member of Light of Christ Catholic Church, where she was active in the Mount Carmel Circle. She enjoyed traveling throughout the country and tending her rose garden. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Pelc, Dunedin; a son, Richard W., Schaumburg, Ill.; a sister, Irene Gorzynski, Oceanside, Ore.; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
