Mrs. Lockstedt Services Held
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Buffington chapel for Mrs. Adelle Pauline Lockstedt, who died in the Care Inn Nursing Home at 1:15 a.m. Friday.
The Rev. John Grantham and the Rev. Arthur Lockstedt officiated at the services with burial taking place in the Herman Sons cemetery.
Mrs. Lockstedt was born in Round Rock on May 16, 1889, the daughter of Ewald and Henrietta Wolff Miller, natives of Germany. She was married to Fred Lockstedt, who preceded her in death in 1935. She was a member of the Full Gospel church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Alma) Ceason of Corpus Christi; one son, Bennie Bauer of Gonzales; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, a number ofgreat-great-grandchildren; and one sister. Mrs. Irene Roznovsky of Gonzales.
She was preceded in death by a son Adolph Bauer.
Her grandsons and John Snow will serve as pallbearers.
