OBITUARY :
FLORENCE ELIZABETH "FLO" SHOCKEY, 83, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Saturday, July 2, 2011, at her home.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial graveside service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, W.Va., with the Rev. Mark Pruitt officiating.
A celebration of life with refreshments will be held at the home of Debra and Dana Reiter of Charles Town following the burial.
Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
