W.A. GRUBBS DIES MONDAY
Wilbur Allen Grubbs, 38, of 121 East Heald, died at a Sheridan hospital Monday with death attributed to a heart attack. A resident of Sheridan four years, Grubbs was an employee of the Sheridan Sewing Machine Company.
He was born March 9, 1912, in Harrisburg, Neb. and came to Sheridan from Gering, Neb. He was married to the former Helen D. Smith, at Harrisburg in April, 1936. Grubbs was a member of the Sheridan Lions Club.
He is survived by the widow and three children, Ronald, Marsha and Linda: his mother, Mrs. Lucinda Mang, Gering, Neb. and the following brothers and sisters, Burton, Scottsbluff, Neb.; Mrs. Minnie Barrett, Scottsbluff; Roy, Jordan, S.D.; Mearl and Dallas, Harrisburg; Lynn, Gering ; Mrs. Fern Heintz, Kansas ; Mrs. Violet Palmer, Denver, Colo ; Arlo, Arkansas ; Alvin, Greeley, Colo; Mrs. Carrie Wilson, and Mrs. June David, Scottsbluff; and Franklin also of Scottsbluff.
Champion's are in charge of funeral arrangements.

Funeral services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday for Wilbur A. Grubbs, 38, who died Monday following a heart attack.
The Rev. R. Jay Wilson will conduct the service from Champion's drawing room, and burial will be in the Sheridan municipal cemetery.
Grubbs, a native of Nebraska, had lived in Sheridan the past four years. He was associated with the Sheridan Sewing Machine Company.
(He is buried in the Odd Fellows section of the cemetery and there is no grave marker) Blk H Lot 31A
