Tommie Simmons, 83 of Bonifay, died, April 11, 2010, at Wiregrass Medical Center in Geneva, Al. Born, Aug. 7, 1926, he was the son of the late Charlie Simmons and the late Goldie Reynolds Simmons. He was a former member of the Westville Masonic Lodge #148.
He is survived by two stepsons, Rayburn Paulk and wife Sarah, of Bonifay and Harold Paulk and wife Paula of Columbia, SC; six grand children and nine great grand children.
A Funeral service was held at Oak Grove Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Tracy Hobbs officiating. Interment followed in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Bonifay, with Sims Funeral Home of Bonifay, directing. In lieu of flowers donations to The Oak Grove Church or the Cedar Grove Church.
