Born April 24, 1986 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Thomas R. and Joanne Doelle Watkins, Port Deposit, MD. Jessica was employed as a shift leader by Blockbuster Video, Columbia, MD, and was a graduate of Perryville High School, Class of 2004.
Jessica is survived by her parents, Thomas R. and Joanne Doelle Watkins, Port Deposit, MD; and sister, Angela Wadkins Lamb, Columbia, MD. Jessica was preceded in death by her son, Dylan Scott Wadkins.
