Do not know what what the L. stands for in his name. He was born in Perry Co., PA to Jeremiah and Catherine Singer Anderson.
In the 1870 census he is listed as John F. Anderson another he was listed as L. Franklin and another listed as Franklin L.

According to census, he married Suppora about 1882. They did not have any children.

Franklin was a Blacksmith. According to his death record, Frank had Chronic Nephritis. Nephritis refers to inflammation in one or both kidneys. It can be caused by infection but is most commonly caused by auto-immune disorders, such as Lupus, that affect major organs. His nephew, George Gary Liddick, died of Chronic Nephritis as well.
