He is survived by two sons; Joshua Chad Sliker and Craig Landon Sliker of Loveland, OH; two sisters, Linda (William) Lewellen and Sharon Ramsey of Lexington. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce H. and Bette J. Sliker. A memorial will be held in Middletown, OH on Sat. Nov 10 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Hospice of Cincinnati-Blue Ash, 4310 Cooper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
