Steve was born in Mount Vernon Ohio on February 7, 1947, to Virgil "Dutch" Waldo Rowe and Erdene Isabell Sellers. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was deployed to Tan Son Knut Air Base from 1968 to 1969. Steve was a proud veteran and spent the majority of his retirement life volunteering for the Disabled American Veterans foundation and the Phoenix Veterans Hospital. Steve passed away on December 12, 2008, at the very young age of 61. He is survived by his brother, Frederick Rowe, two children, Anthony Stephen Rowe and Kelley Lynn Moyer, six grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
