Centertown-Jerry Clark, 51, formerly of Centertown, died Saturday at Pennyrile Personal Care Home in Hopkinsville. He was born in Evansville.
Survivors include a daughter, Edith Loretta Corbitt of Madisonville; his mother, Beatrice Clark of Hopkinsville; and several aunts and uncles.
Services are at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Duke-Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Centertown. Burial in Centertown Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
