Wilda Jane Kimble, 79, of Upper Tract, WV , died Wednesday, Oct 20, 1999, in Winchester Medical Center. Wilda was born Feb. 24, 1920, in Smoke Hole, WV, the daughter of Alfred Vincent and Clora Alice Shirk Kimble. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints in Petersburg, WV. She married Jesse J. Kimble on Aug 24, 1935. Mr. Kimble died on Sept. 29, 1979. Surviving are three sons, Norman O. Kimble of Linville, Ronnel V. Kimble Sr. of Winchester, and Loy W Kimble of Upper Tract; two daughters, Annie Mae Hinkle of Cabins, WV and Doris Jean Whetzel of Petersburg; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren; three half sisters, Zola Swick of Petersburg, Alice Ketterman of Maysville, and Suenette Kimble of Inwood; and two half brothers Mervin Kimble and Kenny Kimble both of Upper Tract.A funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Petersburg, with Elder J Stephen Kimble officiating.
