Emma M. Moore, 75, 1230 Grant Street, died Thursday at Baptist Hospital. Crestwood Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Emma M. Moore, 1230 Grant Ave., died Thursday at a local hospital.
Survivors: husband, Thomas J. (Jake) Moore; son, Johnny M. Moore, Gadsden; daughter Mrs. Jean M. Nichols, Southside. Crestwood Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services will be today at 2 p.m. at Crestwood Chapel with the Revs. Bill Harbison and John Rice officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Other survivors: grandson, Steve Moore; granddaughters, Mrs. Laura Hill, Mrs. Cindy Jones; great-granddaughter, Melissa Gayle Hill; great-grandson, Michael Craig Hill Jr., daughter-in-law, Gayle W. Moore; son-in-law, Durwood Nichols; grandsons-in-law, Michael Craig Hill, Jackie Jones; brothers, Walter Harris, Calera; Bill Harris, Jemison; sister, Mrs. Lillian Carleton, Scottsboro.
Pallbearers: Jesse Splawn, James and Clyde McCulley, Tom Siniard, Tommie and Ralph Moore, Homer Stewart, Allen Clayton. Honorary pallebarers: Walter Rudder, J.D. Walden, Charles Tolleson, Gadsden Fire Medics and Gadsden Paramedics. Mrs. Moore was a native of Bibb County and a resident of Gadsden for 51 years. She was a member of East Gadsden Baptist Church and was active in church circles. The body will remain at the funeral home through the hour of service.
