Screen actor. He began his career in Germany, but he will be remembered for his Hollywood films: Billy Wilder's "One, Two, Three" (1961) and "The Magnificent Seven" (1960). He also appeared in "Fanny" (1961) and "Life is Beautiful" (1997).
