Robert G. Angelbeck, 77, of Holiday City Carefree section of Berkeley Township, New Jersey, died at home on Monday, February 15, 2010.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ he was raised in Union, NJ. He moved to Roselle, NJ in 1958 then to Holiday City Berkeley in 2000.
Robert served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He was a Draftsman with Coastal Oil in Bayonne, NJ for 10 years then various Chemical and Pharmaceutical Companies.
He was a member of the Model Railroad Club of Ocean County and Holiday City Carefree Bocce, Men's Club and also their Dart Team.
Predeceased by his wife Maureen, his parents, and his brother Donald, he was survived by two sons James of Elizabeth, NJ and Kevin (and his wife Katharine) of Montclair, NJ; two daughters Kathleen Hudak (and her husband Paul) and Marianne McCord (and her husband Charles) all of Jackson, NJ; two brothers John Angelbeck of Bethlehem, PA and Richard Alexander of Gillette, NJ; one sister June Florczak of Newtown, PA; and four grandchildren Sara, Amy, Laura, and Rachel.
