Mrs. Sarah Linda Wilson Wiles, age 92, of Holly Tree Drive, Wilkesboro, widow of John Isaac Wiles died Monday, November 23, 2009 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 3:00, Sunday, November 29, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Dr. Dean Simpson and the Rev. Eric Jones officiating. Burial will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens. The family will receive at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 6:30 until 7:30 Saturday night.
Mrs. Wiles was born in Iredell County, January 23, 1917, Arch Leslie and Ella Scott Wilson. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church on Hwy 268E.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Wiles was preceded in death by a son. John L. Wiles.
Mrs. Wiles is survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Jenny) Prevette and husband, Dewey Steven of North Wilkesboro; one sister, Grace Bumgarner of North Wilkesboro; one brother, Delbert Wilson of Wilkesboro; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
