Preceded by: husband, Orville; parents, Albert and Cordella (Shepard) Polley; sons, Dr. Larry, Jackie; granddaughter, Lesa Wilson; three sisters; two half sisters; two half brothers.

Survived by: daughters, Sandra Klindt, Karen Brown; son, Lt. Col. Gary Long; half brother, Kenny Polley; 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial: Fairview Cemetery, Bethany. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
