Dellis died Monday, Jan 18 in Sweeny. He was born August 29, 1912 in Kaufman County to Murray Madison and Pearl Pickard Dellis. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and a member of the I.B.E.W. Local Union 716 of Houston, and a Mason for over 50 years.
Dellis is survived by his wife, Thelma Dellis of Bay City, daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and J. W. Kelly of Bay City and Neldajo and Nick Mathison of Kaufman, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence M. Dellis, Jr. and wife Paula of Dickinson; sisters, Earnestine Garrison of Houston and Billie Jean Thorton of Liberty, TX; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Wes Kelly, Justin Dellis, Larry Anderson, Alfred Cook, Phillip Loheo, and Ronald Loheo.
