ELMER SPENCER KULP

Elmer attended and graduated from Albion High School in Albion, Washington.
Elmer was in business in Lynden, Washington, for 13 years with his brother, Alton. He moved his family to Pasco in 1955, where he owned Pasco Concrete Products for ten years. He had also done custom farm work for 13 years, and drove school bus for 26 years.
Elmer joined Delta Grange in 1931 and demitted to Columbia Valley Grange in 1955. He was a member of Grant for 58 years having completed all seven degrees. He held offices in Delta and Columbia Valley Grange and was active in their drill team.
Elmer played drums in the Delta Grange Orchestra and also for the Pasco Senior Citizens' band. He loved people and had many friends. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, and husband.
Elmer is survived by his loving wife, Amy of Pasco; son, Spencer Kulp of Pasco; daughter, Irmagene Zacher, and her husband, Don, of Pasco; brother, Alton Kulp of Pasco; and sisters, Dorothy Hooper of Pasco, Ruth Cisneros of Everett, and Audrey Hedrick of Colville. Elmer also has five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Marlin and Nardin, and his sisters, Dradie Simons, Reta Koenig, and Edith Smith.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Elmer S. Kulp to the Pasco Senior Citizens' Center Building Fund, 1315 North 7th Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301.
Elmer requested immediate cremation with no services to be held."
