Juliette Comstock "Judy" Guinn, 86, of Bartlesville OK, died on June 23, 2011, at the Heritage Villa Nursing Center in Bartlesville. Mrs. Guinn was born at Joplin MO on June 21, 1925, to Lonnie and Tennessee Viva (Tally) Comstock. She grew up and received her education in the Marionville and Joplin MO areas and graduated from Joplin High School. She was married to Luther Lafayette (Bill) Guinn at Joplin. They made their home in various locations during Mr. Guinn's military service until establishing their home in Joplin. Mr. Guinn was active as a pastor of various Baptist churches in the Joplin area, and Mrs. Guinn was active as a seamstress. They came to Oklahoma to make their home in 1970 and settled in the Glen Oak area east of Bartlesville. Mr. Guinn continued his pastoring in various churches in the area including the Matoaka Baptist Church.

Mrs. Guinn is survived by daughters Judy Fidler of Bartlesville, Patricia Tatum and husband Alan of Chelsea OK, Billie Murray of Nowata OK, and Kathy Lynn Shrum and husband Ron of Big Cabin OK; son Michael L. Guinn and wife Dorothy of Ponca City OK; 25 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren; and a number of great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Guinn preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Guinn was also preceded in death by her parents, her twin brother Jerome Comstock, brother, Junior Comstock, and sister Nancy Houston.
