Christena R. Greggers was born in Putnam county, Missouri on October 19, 1872 and died at her home in Unionville, Missouri on July 24, 1955. She lived her entire life in this county, where she earned many friends by her devotion to her family and her generosity to her friends. Her death came at the end of several months of illness as a result of a stroke. She is survived by one sister, Adeline. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at half past two o'clock by Rev. Paul Paschal, pastor of the Methodist church in Milan in the absence of the pastor of the local church. Interment followed in the Lemons cemetery at Lemons.
