Born 10/25/1866, she married Luke Adams in Rain County Texas 07/04/1889. Not much is known about her. It has been rumored that she was somehow related to New Mexico train robber Thomas "Blackjack" Ketchum. Blackjack's family came from San Saba County, Texas, but we cannot place her in that county. The first record to be found on her was her marriage license. She was survived by her husband and the following children:
Clarence John Daniel Adams, Lucy Tensley Adams, Nealon Luke "Bill" Adams, Amanda Elizabeth "Tommie" Adams, Thomas Belvin "Jack" Adams, and Rufus Melvin "Tude" Adams.
When she was buried at Bee Cemetery, there was only a hand carved stone placed at her grave. Over the years, it has disappeared, it last being seen about 25 years ago. With most of the older generations gone, we no longer know where her grave is. If you have any information, please let me know.
