Cause of death listed on death certificate - Organic Heart Disease.

Greene County Missouri Cemeteries has for a listing in Lot 31 this way. Page 409 Vol. 10 by Ozarks Genealogical Society.
Swain, Elwood 7 Oct 1920-Sep 5 1943
, Cleo 26 mar 1902-14 Dec 1944 *Wm Cleo Johnson
, Otha 21 Mar 1902-28 Mar 1981 * Ortha Roach
Then an asterisk with Cleo as Wm. Cleo Johnson on side, and with Otha an asterisk with Otha Roach. These side notes can mean any number of things, and AKA, a maiden name, another possible, the monument was unclear, but research has been found indicating, etc.

Listed under the Swain name. Now this Wm Cleo is a Johnson and not a Swain, and Otha, looks like she can either be a Roach by surname in the cemetery or that is a maiden name. One person thought the Johnson person had nothing to do with the Swain family, and perhaps not Otha. It turns our that he is an ex-husband of hers, as well as the Swain being an ex husband. If I was guessing I would say her children had her buried with them under the Swain name.
