TIVOLI - Faye Elizabeth Fagan Gamblin, age 86, was born into Glory on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010. She was born Oct. 28, 1923, in Victoria, Texas, to the late F. W. Fagan Sr. and Zilpha Putnam Fagan.

She was a ranch woman, and a businesswoman of ranching affairs. She was also a devoted caregiver to her mother, sisters, and husband. She was a daughter with a heart for God, and a mother full of love for her children and family.

Faye was a charter member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Victoria. She became a member of the Tivoli Presbyterian Church in 1957 and was the pianist for the church for over 40 years. She served as elder of the church, and was a member of the Women of the Church Circle Group. She was also a member of the Pioneer Club of Texas.

She is survived by her children, Janie Zeplin and husband Wes, Dr. Dan Gamblin and wife Deborah, and Cindy Myers and husband Wayne; sister, Lucile Snider; brother, Freddy Fagan; grandchildren, Clint Griffin, Kelly and Nufo Narvaez, Amanda Gamblin, Travis and Evelyn McClellan, Katheryn and Chad Henson, Frederick Myers, Faith Myers, Rick Zeplin, David and Sharon Zeplin, and Scott Zeplin; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Amye Gamblin; brothers, Edmund, Bill, Sam, and Tom; and sisters, Lizzie and Alma.
