Funeral services were held at 2 pm today for Juandell Forsythe, 3, who died at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Forsythe, on the Old Diboll road. The child had been ill only a few days.
Rites were held at the Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Emma Irick, pastor of the Nazarene Church, officiating. Burial was in the Knight Cemetery.
Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Agee Forsythe; brother, Manuel; and sister, Nelda Jean, all of Lufkin; and grandparents, Mrs. Bertie Weatherford of Bald Hill and Mr. and Mrs. Forsythe.
