Funeral services for Bertha Davis, 72, will be held at St Luke Lutheran Church with Rev. Delmar Brack, pastor, officiating. She died Tuesday in a Wichita Falls Hospital.
Mrs. Davis was bom March 20,1916 in Archer Countyy and had been a longtime member of the Olney area. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church and a member of Eagles Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons, Edward M. Davis of Holliday, Ronald D. Davis of San Bruno, Calif., and Lt. Col. Keith L. Davis of Heidelberg, West Germany; two sisters, Erna Galunut and Olga Gilmore, both of Salt Lake City, Utah; one brother, Gus. G. Lauster of Olney; and 11 grandchildren.
Melvin William Davis married Bertha Julie Lauster on 20 June 1940. The couple divorced.
