June L. Eubanks (nee Jansen), age 83, of South Holland, IL, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009.
She is survived by her son, James Scott Eubanks of South Holland, IL; three grandchildren: Matthew, Leah and Micah; one brother, Donald (Pat) Jansen of Mesa, AZ.
June was preceded in death by her husband, the late James M. Eubanks; and two sisters: late Blanche (late Sid) DeYoung and late Faye (Royce) Laverman.
A private funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home (649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL with services conducted by Rev. Alfonzo Surrett.
Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery - Lansing, IL. Memorial contributions to The Humane Society (421 45th Ave. Munster, IN 46321) appreciated.
