Merritt Island-------- Glen Dale Jones, 68, a retired launch control room supervisor for Lockheed Martin, died Saturday May 15, at home.
Mr. Jones was born in Hennessey Oklahoma. He came to Brevard Co, in 1965 from Tulsa Oklahoma. He was a member of the Moose Lodge on Merritt Island.
For 15 years he coached little league baseball teams.
Survivors include his wife Mary Jones of Merritt Island. Two daughters one of Strang Okla. and one of Merritt Island. Three sons. Two in Oklahoma and one of Cocoa Florida. Two sisters of Okla. seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home on Merritt Island. Burial will be at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow Okla.
