Mrs. Finley had lived many years in this part of Oregon, coming here from Missouri in 1900. Her husband Jasper Finley, preceded her in death in 1930. They lived at Cottage Grove for several years. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors in this locality include a son, Gilbert Finley, residing near Stayton, and two daughters, Mrs. Iva Spear and Mrs. James Trollinger. The N. C. Lowe mortuary of Scio and Lebanon was in charge as funeral directors.
