Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of Christ, 201 Martin Luther King Ave. E. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, South Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Battle Creek, Mich., Mrs. Winter came to Manatee County from Roselle, Ill., 12 years ago. She was a crew trainee at Wendy's Restaurant.
Survivors include her husband, David Dillow; a daughter, Jessica Holt of Bradenton; her mother, Olivia Wright of Cortland, Ill.; her father, Charles R. Coon of Battle Creek; and two brothers, Charles R. Coon Jr. of Cortland, and Charles "Gabe" W. Wright III of Elgin, Ill.
