Elizabeth D. "Betty" or "Izzy" Coulter, 56, of Lancaster, PA died Monday, June 20, 2011 at Lancaster General Hospital from complications of Diabetes. Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Henry J. Sr.and Ruth A. Karr Ortlieb, and wife of Richard W. Coulter, Jr.

A graduate of Penn Manor High School she was currently employed by Hager Parking Lots, Lancaster as a Lot attendant.

Izzy enjoyed cooking, crafts and especially spending time with her miniature Dachshund, Brandy.

In addition to her husband at home she is survived by a daughter Sandra L. Wiggins, Germantown, TN and four grandsons. Also surviving is a sister Carol M. wife of Raymond Allison, Lancaster, brother Henry J. Ortlieb, Jr. companion of Audrey Nolt of Wrightsville,PA, brother Charles F. husband of Teresa Ortlieb of Lititz and a sister Barbara L. wife of Robert L. Slaymaker, II of Lancaster, nieces and nephews.
