WHITNEY - Lonnie C Randall, 55, of Laguna Park, passed away on Saturday, June 18 in Whitney. Funeral Services were scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Whitney. Interment will follow at McGregor Cemetery in McGregor.
Visitation was scheduled from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday at Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney.
Lonnie was born on August 27, 1955 in McGregor, the son of the late Lonnie Buel and Nora Randall. His favorite things to do included fishing, hunting, especially bow hunting, working on cars, cooking out, playing pool, hitting the back roads and listening to rock and roll music. He enjoyed talking on the CB radio and was one step down from being a ham operator and he was also a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Whitney.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Linda Randall McKinley(1948-2009).
Survivors include the mother of his children and best friend, Timberly Randall, children, Crysti Randall of Whitney, Lonnie D. Randall of Laguna Park; life brother, Billy Sanford of Whitney; sisters, Jan Bowers and husband Ronnie of Clifton, Helen Vanda of Belton; grandchildren, Timberly Jones and Justin Blassingame of Whitney; two nieces, Melissa Slack of Bleton, Brandi Bowers of Cleburne; nephew, Frankie Bowers of Laguna Park and cousin, Pete Polston of Laguna Park.
