Fred G. Kerr, 84, 104 Linda Lane, died Saturday, May 10, at the home of his son, James Kerr. He had been ill for several years.

Born March 4, 1896, in Tennessee, he was the son of Crockett and Mary Kerr.

He was first married to Nell Clark, the mother of his eight children, and later married Fanny Roberts, both of whom preceded him in death.

He was a retired merchant and a member of the Nelson Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors are one son, James Kerr, Somerset; four daughters, Elise Denney, Kansas, Eilene Satineau, Somerset, Edna Griffin and Peggy Flynn, both of Dayton, Ohio; 26 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, Hubert and Bill Kerr, and one daughter, Evelyn Nixon, preceded him in death.

Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Loyd Sewell officiating.

Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery.
