Wilbur D. Weaver, 79, of LaGrange left his home in the arms of our Savior at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2009, in the home of his daughter, Melissa Riehl near LaGrange.

Mr. Weaver had resided in Topeka most of his life. He had lived in LaGrange for the last ten years.

He was the owner and operator of Tri State Distributors in Topeka.

He was born April 27, 1930, in LaGrange to David J. and Alice D. (Hostetler) Weaver.

Surviving are four daughters and two sons-in-law, Beth Beaty of Cape Coral, Florida, Dawn & Tim Sanderson of LaGrange, Melissa & Willie Riehl of LaGrange, and Michelle Somerset of Los Angeles, California; nine grandchildren, Ryan C. Sanderson, Chad A. Sanderson, Anthony Beaty, Brooke Beaty, Seth Riehl, Cody Riehl, Dustin Riehl, Faith Riehl, and Emilie Riehl; two sisters, Mary Jane Bontreger of Shipshewana and Wilma Weaver of Shipshewana; five brothers and sisters-in-law, David Weaver, Jr. & Martha Weaver of Shipshewana, Vernon & Elva Weaver of LaGrange, Freeman & Norma Weaver of New Paris, LeRoy & Ida Weaver of Shipshewana, and Mervin & Joan Weaver of Nappanee; and the mother of his children, Sandra L. Price of South Bend.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the Maple Grove Church, 806 South Main Street, Topeka, with Pastor Harold Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in East Yoder Cemetery, Shipshewana.

Casketbearers will be Ryan Sanderson, Chad Sanderson, Seth Riehl, Cody Riehl, Dustin Riehl, and Anthony Beaty.

Preferred memorials are to the Maple Grove Church.

Calling will be Tuesday, October 27, 2009, from 6-8 p.m.and Wednesday, October 28, 2009, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.at the church

Arrangements are by Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.
